Order Cancellation Policy
At PIONFLO, each order is custom-crafted with fresh, premium blooms and tailored design — often requiring advance flower sourcing and creative preparation.
To maintain the quality and integrity of our service, we require that
any cancellations be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the stage of production.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery cannot be accepted and
are not eligible for a refund, as materials have already been sourced and floral design work has begun.
