Terms and Conditions for PionFlo LLC

Welcome to PionFlo LLC! By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility and Website Use
You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
Any unauthorized access, interference, or misuse of the website is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Products and Services
All floral arrangements are custom-made using fresh, seasonal blooms.
Some substitutions may be necessary due to flower availability; these will be chosen to match the design’s style, color palette, and value.
You will receive a photo of your completed arrangement before delivery or pickup for your approval.
PionFlo LLC serves Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas of North and South Carolina with luxury floral delivery and pickup services.
4. Order Timing and Fulfillment
Orders should be placed at least 3 business days in advance of your desired delivery or pickup date.
Our standard fulfillment time is 3 business days.
For urgent needs, please contact us directly to inquire about same-day delivery availability.

5. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of ordering.
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods, as shown on our website.
Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of fraud, payment failure, or pricing errors.
6. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Because all of our products are perishable and made-to-order, the following policies apply:
Refunds and Returns
All sales are final.
Returns are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours, including a photo, so we can review your concern.
Refunds, store credit, or replacements may be offered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our work, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on how far production has progressed.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery cannot be accepted and are not eligible for a refund, as materials have already been sourced and production has begun.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for the craftsmanship and care that go into every PIONFLO arrangement.
7. Delivery Policy
We provide local flower delivery in Charlotte, NC, and Matthews, NC.
• Local delivery within Charlotte and Matthews city limits is available for a flat fee of $15.
• For deliveries outside these areas (including other parts of North or South Carolina), please contact us directly to confirm availability and get a quote. These are considered non-local deliveries and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Reminder: Local delivery includes only the cities of Charlotte, NC, and Matthews, NC. If your delivery address is outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can deliver to your location.
Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, and order volume.
We strive to accommodate requested delivery times but cannot guarantee exact delivery windows.
Same-day delivery may be available with certain limitations. Please refer to our Same-Day Delivery Policy for full details.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or pickup. Additional delivery charges may apply.
